Shipping Policy
- FREE SHIPPING applies to all orders shipped to the continental United States. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses incur a flat $15 shipping cost. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii incur a flat $20 shipping cost.
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Typically, orders received Mon-Fri before 2pm PST (excluding holidays) are shipped same day.
- Custom car cover, seat cover and dash cover orders (Coverking) are made specifically for your vehicle and can take 1-3 weeks to manufacture and ship. Because these are custom made covers, there is a 15% return item fee if you cancel or change the order after it is in production or if you wish to return it.
- Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order. Please check the confirmation e-mail carefully for any error, especially the shipping address. If error is found, please contact us right away.
- Orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx within the continental United States.
- Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders to P.O. Boxes are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders to APO/FPO addresses are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Some APO/FPO addresses have size restrictions for inbound packages. Please be sure to check with appropriate personnel for restrictions before ordering.
- You must contact us to place an international order. International orders are shipped via USPS. International orders may be subject to customs duties and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes, and Custom Clearance Fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customers. The shipping & handling cost does not include any of these fees. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping cost on packages that are refused or sent back to us due to these fees.

Lowest Price Guarantee
- If you are ordering and find the identical product advertised for a lower price we will match that price.
- If you have already ordered and find the identical product advertised for a lower price within 30 days of placing your order, we will prompty refund the difference in price.
- CarCoverPlanet.com must be able to purchase the single item for the advertised price. Comparison of price includes the price of the product plus equivalent shipping method and handling charges. The item must be for the identical product available for purchase from an authorized dealer. Price match excludes manufacturer restrictions, rebates, liquidations, auction sites such as eBay, employee discounts and membership club stores. Price match discounts cannot be combined with CarCoverPlanet.com promotional offers. Price match applies before any applicable sales taxes (e.g. California residents). Price match does not apply to any errors in pricing by either CarCoverPlanet.com or the advertising competitor.

Return Policy
- We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of our products within 30 days of delivery.
- Before returning or changing an item, you must contact us and receive instructions and an RMA number.
- All returned products must be in original condition with no wear, marks, dirt, or grease.
- All returned products will be inspected during the return process.
- If a returned item is not in its original condition, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange, and the cover will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
- Coverking custom car covers, seat covers and dash covers have a 15% return item fee if you cancel or change the order after it is in production or if you wish to return it.
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
- All product returns must have an RMA number in order to be accepted and processed or will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense. Please mark the RMA number clearly on the box.
- No return is accepted on a product shipped outside of United States.
- International orders may only be exchanged on a defected product.
- Shipments returned as undeliverable for any reason will be considered as refused.
- Customer should contact us and request re-shipment, and also will be responsible for additional shipping cost.
- If a product was received with damage during delivery, customer must file a claim with the carrier immediately. Please save the original package for inspection.
- Please allow 10-12 business days to process your return.
