Polycarpet is more durable and is your best choice for longevity.
Velour and suede have a softer, smoother and more luxuirous look and feel.
Suede is a microfiber and has the mottled look of suede leather.
Velour is cut pile fabric with a soft nap. Velour looks slightly different at different angles.
Polycarpet is a dense low-cut fabric. While not as soft, it is the most durable and uniform looking.
Printed dash covers (designer velour, camo dash covers) are only available in velour fabric.

Molded Dash Cover vs Polycarpet Dash Cover

Both custom fit for your dash.
Both flexible, durable polycarpet fabric.
Polycarpet Dash Cover is cut and stitched to conform to the dash. You will see some stitching marks.
Molded Dash Cover is all one piece and heat molded to conform to the dash (still flexible). No stitching marks.
Polycarpet Dash Covers have more color choices.
Molded Dash Covers are not available for all vehicles.
